Rs 2,016 cr worth trading at NCDEX

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) Around 479 members (2,311 users) participated in trading at the NCDEX today upto 1700 hrs and traded volumes worth Rs 2,016 crore (one-way).

There were more than 60,158 trades put through by them, a National Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) release here said.

Active trades were high in rape mustard seed, guar seed, jeera, turmeric and soyabean.

On May 10, 453 members (2,152 users) participated in trading and put through more than 44,143 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 1,461 crore (one-way).

Active trades were seen in guar seed, rape mustard seed, jeera, pepper and soyabean, the NCDEX release said.
