Kenny G treats city with his performance

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) The city's music lovers were treated to a scintillating performance from Grammy winning Soprano saxophone player Kenny G, who was here to promote his new album ''Rythymn&Romance''.

Kenny G started off with a string of hits and classics like ''Havana'', ''Forever in Love'', ''Besame Mucho'' and ''Your'e Beautiful'', last night. The highlight of the show was his performance of Louis Armstrong's classic ''Wonderful World'' with the latter's singing played on the video with Kenny G accompanying him live on the lines of Natalie Cole and Nat ''King'' Cole's ''Unforgettable'' and U2's performance of ''Under my skin'' with Frank Sinatra.

Kenny G also gave a taste of his new album by performing a medley of his new tracks that had strong Latin influence, with a fusion of Salsa, Bossa Nova and Samba styles.
