Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson not engaged

Washington, May 12 : Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have shot down reports that they are engaged.

The 29-year-old actress' rep confirmed that the couple was not getting married.

"She's definitely not engaged," Usmagazine.com quoted Hudson's rep as saying.

Wilson's rep has also confirmed that the rumours are wrong.

Rumours started off after the 'You, Me and Dupree' star was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring outside a Boston restaurant on May 8.

"She's shooting a movie called Bride Wars, which explains the ring," the rep added.
