One killed, six injured in foot overbridge collapse
Bettiah, May 11 (UNI) One person was killed and six were injured when a portion of foot overbridge collapsed near Narkatiaganj railway station under Samastipur division of East Central Railway today.
Railway sources said one Bhola Gupta was killed and the six were injured when a portion of an abandoned foot overbridge collapsed near Narkatiaganj railway station.
Some vendors were selling household items and vegetables below the bridge when the incident took place, sources said adding all the injured were rushed to a local hospital.
