New Election Observer for Gohana byelection appointed

Chandigarh, May 11 (UNI) The Election Commission of India has appointed Mr Amrinder Pratap Singh, IAS, as Election Observer for Gohana assembly constituency, where byelection will be held along with Adampur and Indri on May 22.

Mr Singh has been appointed in place of Mr Sanjay Jaju, state Chief Electoral Officer Sajjan Singh said here today.
