MNC executive hit a dumper dies
Mumbai, May 11 (UNI) A multinational company executive succumbed to his injuries today, after his motorbike was hit by a dumper truck in south central area of the city last night.
Irfan Quraishi was returning home with his girlfriend from Parel in his motorbike, when the incident took place, police said.
Irfan, a resident of Nagpada, was admitted to the government-run KEM hospital in a serious condition. Condition of the girl, who is in ICU, is reported to be critical, police said.
Kala Chawki police station has registered an offence of negligence and rash driving against the truck driver Irshad Ali, who was later arrested and remanded to police custody.
