Dish TV to install DTH services in MR special train next week

Noida, May 11 (UNI) Dish TV, the country's first direct-to-home service provider, will roll out its DTH services in the MR special train on a pilot basis by next week.

''We will install the DTH services in the MR special train, meant for Railway Minister, on a pilot basis by next week,'' company Managing Director Jawahar Goel said here.

For rolling out the DTH services in the train, the Essel Group-promoted firm has got technology from Israel, he said, adding that the company has got all necessary clearances for the project on the pilot basis from the Indian Railways.

Early this year, it had made a presentation to the Indian Railways for installing the DTH services in trains with which travellers could enjoy watching Live TV while on the move.
