Jalgaon records max temp at 43 degrees Celsius
Nagpur, May 10 (UNI) The hot day conditions in northern Maharashtra and Vidarbha region continued unabated with Jalgaon recording the maximum temperature of 43 degrees Celsius today.
Akola in Vidarbha region recorded a maximum temperature of 42.2 degrees Celsius while Nagpur was slightly ''cooler'' at 42.1 degrees Celsius.
Bhusawal town in Jalgaon district recorded a maximum temperature of 41.5 degrees C, met office sources said.
People in the city preferred to remain indoors during afternoon, to avoid the scorching heat.
