Rs 1,747 cr worth trading at NCDEX

Mumbai, May 9 (UNI) Around 471 members (2,311 users) participated in trading at the NCDEX today upto 1700 hrs and traded volumes worth Rs 1,747 crore (one-way).

There were more than 51,841 trades put through by them, a National Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) release here said.

Active trades were high in guar seed, rape and mustard seed, jeera, and turmeric.

Yesterday, 490 members (2,311 users) participated in trading and put through more than 50,634 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs yesterday was Rs 1,734 crore (one-way).

Active trades were seen in guar seed, rape and mustard seed, jeera, turmeric and pepper, the release added.
