Cabinet okays MoU with Denmark on Clean Development Mechanism
New Delhi, May 9 (UNI) The Cabinet today gave its approval for signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between India and Denmark for cooperation in Clean Development Mechanism projects.
This agreement would provide an institutional mechanism between India and Denmark for the promotion of Kyoto Protocol Clean Development Mechanism projects, Finance Minister P Chidamabarm told reporters here.
He said the agreement would facilitate exchange of information between the designated national authorities of India and Denmark to facilitate clean development projects.
