Social organisation demands action against Raj Thackrey
Bokaro, May 8 (UNI) Demanding immediate ban on Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and action against its president Raj Thackrey, a social organisation today warned that it would target Maharashtrians living in Jharkhand if the Union government failed to do so in ten days.
Mr Sadhusharan Gope, former state president of Samajwadi Party and president of Bokaro Vikas Manch said leaders like Thackrey should be 'outcasted' from the society as their statements create discrimination among people.
Mr Gope also submitted a memorandum of demands before the deputy commisioner, addressing President Pratibha Patil, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the Chief Justice of India.
Earlier, a procession was also taken out by the organiation.
