Man responsible if wife commits suicide due to impotency: HC

Allahabad, May 7 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court today ruled that the husband must be held responsible if his wife commits suicide due to his impotence.

Rejecting second bail application of applicant (husband) Kuldeep Singhal, High Court Justice B A Zaidi pronounced the judgement that in-laws should also be held responsible if a woman commits suicide due to her husband's impotency.

The first bail application of the husband had already been rejected by the Court on July 25, 2006.
