Foreign forces responsible for growing J-K terrorism :Shakeel
Darbhanga, May 7 (UNI) Union Minister of state for home Shakeel Ahmad has held the foreign forces directly responsible for the growing terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing a meeting on the occasion of his felicitation, Mr Ahmad said here yesterday that utilising huge funds, the foreign forces were engineering terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir where such activities had taken lives of several armymen and common people.
He said the people of Jammu and Kashmir were facing the pangs of terrorism which had caused large-scale damage in the area during the past one and a half decade.
He alleged that the foreign forces were misleading the people by pumping funds in the valley.
The minister described the minorities of the country as 'secular', saying that instead of expressing faith in any Muslim personality, the section considered Pandit Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and now Sonia Gandhi as their trusted leaders.
He exhorted the religious and spiritual leaders to enter into dialogues for solving the social issues.
