11 kg opium recovered in Punjab
Fatehgarh Sahib, May 7 (UNI) The Anti Narcotics Cell of the Punjab Police today recovered 11 kg opium and arrested a Madhya Pradesh based resident in this connection.
Giving details SSP Kaustabh Sharma said that Devinder Singh, incharge of the Cell nabbed Surinder alias Mohinder, a resident of Kishanpura in Ujjain district during checking near Wazidpur and recovered the opium from his possession.
The alleged culprit was later booked under the NDPS Act.
