TomKat take their kitten for mini-break in the Big Apple

New York, May 6 : Celebrity couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and their two-year-old daughter, Suri enjoyed a mini-break in New York over the weekend.

The couple, who married in November 2006, spent the weekend in Manhattan dining with Jessica Seinfeld, the wife of comedian Jerry, on May 3, and then taking in Broadway show Country Girl starring Morgan Freeman and Frances McDormand.

Meanwhile, Katie has been linked to a role on Broadway in family drama 'All My Sons', and her recent appearance in New York's theatre fuelled the speculation that she is set to make her debut onstage, reports New York Daily News.

Baby Suri has been globetrotting since before she could walk. She spent time in Italy when she was just 7 months old to attend her parents' wedding in a 15th-century Roman castle and came to NYC last fall to help Dad promote his movie "Lion for Lambs."

Suri celebrated her second birthday on April 18 at a home in California's Hollywood Hills, which is also reportedly used as a Scientology retreat.
