Sobha Developers announces launch of Sobha Celsia in Bangalore
New Delhi, May 6 (UNI) Sobha Developers Ltd (SDL) today launched its residential project in Bangalore, which will entail an investment of about RS 20 crore.
''Sobha Celsia is a super luxury project, equipped with world class amenities. It is strategically located on Sarjapur Road, to meet the needs of the neighbouring IT belts,'' SDL Executive Vice President Raghav Menon said in a statement here.
The project, spread across 4.5 acres, has a dedicated green cover and 48 per cent open area. It includes two 11-storeyed towers with a total of 226 apartments.
The project cost is estimated to be about Rs 200 crore and will be completed in about 36 months.
The project will also include an exclusively designed Clubhouse with a gym, and health club, swimming pool on the first floor, tennis and badminton courts, multipurpose halls, recreation rooms, children's play area, supermarket, piped gas with flow meter in kitchens and conduit provision for home theatre and video door phone.
SDL, incorporated in 1995, has completed 50 residential/commercial in-house projects and 111 contractual projects covering about 12.19 million square feet of area.
