Reliance Infrastructure buys back 200,000 equity shares
Mumbai, May 6 (UNI) Reliance Infrastructure Limited today brought-back 200,000 equity shares of the Company.
Since the commencement of the buy-back on March 25, the Company has so far bought back 26,82,978 equity shares, aggregating Rs 343.12 crore.
The shareholders of the Company have approved buy-back of equity shares up to an aggregate amount of Rs 2000 crore, the release said here.
Reliance Infrastructure, a part of Reliance - Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, currently has a market capitalisation of over Rs 3,00,000 crore, net worth in excess of Rs 55,000 crore, cash flow of Rs 11,000 crore, net profit of Rs 7,000 crore and zero net debt, the release added.
