Navin Fluorine Board recommends dividend of 40 pc for FY '08

Mumbai, May 6 (UNI) Navin Fluorine International Limited has recommended a dividend of 40 per cent (Rs 4 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2008 on 1,00,99,889 equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 404.00 lakh.

The Company informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company had taken a decision on its meeting on May 03, 2008.
