Militant arrested, hideout busted in J

Srinagar, May 6 (UNI) A militant was arrested and a large cache of arms and ammunition was recovered from a hideout in the Jammu and Kashmir overnight, official sources said today.

They said police arrested a militant along with eight hand grenades and a UBGL thrower at Pattan in Baramulla district.

Police smashed a hideout at Gajana Top forest and recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition, including 8 UBGL, one rocket launcher, with a shell, two magazines and 125 rounds of ammunition.
