Police recover firearms in encounter with Maoists

Dehri On sone(Bihar), May 5 (UNI) Local police today recovered firearms in an encounter with Maoist extremists at Madhe village under Rohtas police station in Rohtas district.

Police Superintendent G S Gangwar here said the encounter took place during a raid conducted under the ongoing combing operations launched against the extremists.

He said two rifles and a gun were recovered from the spot.
