Pandit Kishan Maharaj passes away

Varanasi, May 5: Noted Tabla player Pandit Kishan Maharaj expired here last night. He was 85 and is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son. According to family sources, he breathed his last at around 0100 hrs today. He was admitted to a hospital following a paralytic attack. His body has been kept for public viewing at his Kabir Chaura residence.
