Irregularities in electoral rolls detected: Ajay SIngh

Sagar, MP, May 5 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Congress Election Committee President Ajay Singh today alleged that several irregularities had been detected in electoral rolls.

''Several names had been deleted from the electoral rolls. The Congress would request the Election Commission to correct these errors,'' he said.

Mr Singh said several complaints regarding irregularities in electoral rolls had been raised during the divisional meetings of the party.

He said the Congress would enter the electoral battle in the state with full preparations.

Replying to a question, he said the next Lok Sabha elections would be fought under the leadership of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
