HCL Infosystems buys Natural Tech for Rs 8.39 cr

New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) IT hardware and system integration firm HCL Infosystems Ltd today said it has acquired Natural Technologies Ltd (NTL) for Rs 8.39 crore.

HCL Infosystems has invested Rs 8.39 crore for acquiring the entire share capital of NTL, a company statement said.

NTL is engaged in the business of providing banking software products and solutions.
