Gulbarga records 41.3 deg celsius temp

Bangalore, May 5 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum Temperatures rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and were remained normal over North Interior Karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 41.3 degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Mainly dry weather will prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather will prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka; North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Local forecast: Mainly clear sky. Maximum temperature likely to be around 36 degree Celsius.
