Century Textiles FY08 net up 2.42% at Rs 279.43 cr

New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) Century Textiles&Industries Ltd today said its net profit has increased 2.42 per cent to Rs 279.43 crore for the year ended March 2008, as compared to Rs 272.81 crore for the year ended March 2007.

Total income has increased 9.26 per cent to Rs 3,512.74 crore for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 3,214.80 crore for the year ended March 2007, a statement said.
