Narco test on Vanzara, Pandian tomorrow

Ahmedabad, May 4 (UNI) Two suspended IPS officers -- Deputy Inspector General of Police D G Vanzara and Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Pandian, accused in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, will be subjected to Narco-Test tomorrow.

A city court on Friday had granted permission to conduct the narco-test on the police officers at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) at Gandhingar.

Sohrabuddin Sheikh was allegedly killed in a fake encounter outside the city in November 2005. His wife, Kausarbi, was also later allegedly murdered and her body disposed off.

As many as thirteen policemen were arrested for their alleged involvement in staging the fake encounter of Sohrabuddin and in the killing of his wife.
