Sonia calls on Nirmala Deshpande's associates

New Delhi, May 3 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi today paid a visit to the residence of noted Gandhian Nirmala Deshpande, who died here on Thursday.

She was accompanied by Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit. She met the associates of the late leader and offered her condolences.

She also assured the members of Akhil Bharat Rachanatmak Samaj and Harijan Sewak Sangh of her support to continue Deshpande's good work.
