RJD irked over display of firearms in minister's reception
Patna, May 3 (UNI) The RJD today demanded institution of a criminal case against Bihar Industries Minister Dinesh Chandra Yadav for blatant display of firearms by his supporters during a reception organised to felicitate him.
Party national general secretary Shyam Rajak said it was ironic to note that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar never failed to claim of providing good governance but his Cabinet colleague Mr Yadav did not hesitate to display his 'muscle power' in violation of the rule.
'' How the NDA government, taking credit to establish the rule of law in the state, can allow blatant display of firearms by the supporters of the Minister,'' Mr Rajak asked, demanding an institution of a criminal case against the Minister.
'' The licence of all the firearms displayed during the reception should be cancelled forthwith,'' he demanded.
