ECI appoints three election observers

Shimla, May 3 (UNI) To ensure free, fair and transparent by elections in Hamirpur parliamentary constituency of Himachal Pradesh, Election Commission of India (ECI) today appointed three observers, chief electoral officer Manisha Nanda said.

Ms Nanda said R Binchillo Thong, B K Kharel (general observers) and Milind Gawai (expenditure observer) have been appointed for the by poll.

''To report any violation of model code of conduct political parties could contact these election observers''' she added.
