Dungeon dad's incest daughter may only have 'few hours to live'

London, May 3 : Kirsten, one the girls that Josef Fritzl fathered with his daughter Elisabeth, may only have a few hours to live, according to Austrian medics.

According to doctors, the 19-year-old girl has virtually no hope as her vital organs began to shut down.

Doctors say Kerstin's failing health is the direct result of spending her life sealed away in the underground lair at Amstetten, reports The Daily Star.

Fritzl, 73, already faces one charge of murder through neglect after the death in 1996 of one of the seven children he fathered.

And now, if Kerstin dies, the electrical engineer would be put behind bars for the rest of his life.

A hospital spokesman said Kerstin's plight was tragic.

But the condition of the rest of the family was "relatively good" - given the ordeal they have survived.
