Dispute disposal forum for pending service cases: Mishra

Lucknow, May 3 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government has decided to constitute a Administrative Dispute Disposal Forum to speedily solve service related matters.

Addressing a meeting at Shastri Bhawan here today, UP Advisory Council Chairman Satish Chandra Mishra said principal secretaries, secretaries, law officers, secretaries of finance and related department would be the members of this forum and would ensure daily hearing of the pending cases, besides counter affidavits should be submitted within a month.

So far, counter affidavits have been submitted in 58,694 cases pending in courts, he apprised.

He directed the principal secretary to forward department-wise information regarding the pending cases and the nature of cases on prescribed format within a week.

Besides, adopting constructive approach in cases, especially those of suspension and adverse entries so that employee were not compelled to move court.
