Annabhau Sathe Sahitya Sammela to commence from May 10

Kolhapur, May 3 (UNI) A state-level Annabhau Sathe Sahitya Sammelan (literary meet) will begin here from May 10.

The two-day meet, to be held at the Prince Shiavji Maratha Boarding House ground, will be inaugurated by Allahabad-based noted poet and novelist Dudnath Singh. It will be presided by noted literatteur Arjun Dangle, Sammelan organising committee president Govind Pansare told reporters here today.

The meet would be the first of its kind where a person's literature will be discussed.

Sathe's literature focussed on socially and economically-deprived people, highlighting the problems faced by dalits and rural poor, he added.
