Kerala HC stays ban on plastic products below 50 microns
Kochi, May 2 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today stayed till May 22 a ban imposed by the State Pollution Control Board on plastic products below 50 microns.
Justice V Giri gave the interim order while hearing a petition filed by the All Kerala Plastic Dealers Association.
The association contended that the ban was against an earlier order of the high court on this issue. It also submitted that the ban violated their fundamental rights.
