INLD fields ex-HPSC chairman from Gohana
Gohana, May 2 (UNI) Former Haryana Public Service Commission chairman K C Bangar, facing a vigilance probe in a graft case, today filed nomination papers as an Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) candidate for the by-elections in the Gohana assembly constituency in Sonepat district in the state.
Addressing a rally on this occasion at Tau Devi Lal stadium here, INLD president and former Haryana chief minister Om Parkash Chautala called upon the people to ''throw away the incompetent and corrupt Congress government'' of the state.
Mr Chautala alleged that the commonman was frustrated and angry due to the rising prices, deteriorating law and order and poor supply of water and electricity.
He said the INLD would definitely secure the Gohana assembly seat.
Dr Bangar alleged that Mr Hooda was neglecting the Gohana region to settle scores with the people of the area who had defeated both his father and grand father in the past.
