Cotton bails worth Rs 67 laKHhs destroyed in fire
Dharwad, May 2 (UNI) More than 2700 cotton bails worth Rs 67 lakhs were destroyed in an accidental fire here yesterday, police said here today.
According to police, four fire extinguishers were pressed into service to douse the fire. Poilice said there wass no loss of life was reported in the accidental fire. Cotton bails belonged to a private cotton processing society, police said.
