Raj Thackeray pays tributes to martyrs on Maharashtra Day
Mumbai, May 1 (UNI) Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray today paid floral tributes to ''Martyrs'' at the Hutatma Chowk here on the occasion of Maharashtra Day.
Around 1500 MNS activists also took out a motorcycle rally from Hutatma chowk to Raj Thackeray's residence at Dadar, party office-bearer Sandeep Deshpande told UNI.
On the occasion of Maharashtra Day, the MNS workers also organised several programmes like blood donation camps and health check camps, Mr Deshpande added.
Meanwhile, Shiv Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackeray also attended several programmes organised by his party in different parts of the city.
