Maytas Infra allots shares under ESOP

Mumbai, May 1 (UNI) Maytas Infra has allotted 856 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option - 2007 of the Company.

The Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 5,88,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 58,85,00,000 to 5,88,50,856 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 58,85,08,560.
