A woman among two murdered in north Kashmir
Baramulla, May 1 (UNI) Two people, including a woman, were murdered in north Kashmir, official sources said.
They said a woman, Sakina, was allegedly killed by her former husband at Wallanwar forest in Rafiabad.
Her body was recovered this morning, they said, adding police have registered a case and launched a massive hunt to nab the killer.
About one hundred people at Hubrad in Handwara took to the streets after body of a youth Mushtaq Ahmad Wani was found at Asthan Nallah this morning.
Wani was missing for the past ten days.
The demonstrators, who blocked traffic on the main road, demanded immediate arrest of those involved in the kidnapping and killing of Wani.
However, they dispersed peacefully after police assured them to conduct investigation.
