Videocon Industries net up 8.55% at Rs 251.22 cr

New Delhi, Apr 30 (UNI) Consumer durable goods major Videocon Industries today said its net profit has increased 8.55 per cent to Rs 251.22 crore for the second quarter ended March 2008as against Rs 231.43 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The total income has increased 15.69 per cent to Rs 2538.78 crore for the second quarter ended March 2008 from Rs 2194.45 crore in the same period a year ago, a company statement said.
