Three get 10 yrs RI in dacoity case

Nawada, Apr 30 (UNI) A local fast track court today awarded three persons with ten years rigorous imprisonement and imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 in connection with a dacoity case.

Court judge Narender Bahadur Singh found the defendants guilty and awarded them rigorous imprisonment under section 397 of the IPC.

According to charges, the trio looted jewellery worth lakhs from the house of one Vipin Kumar, a native of New Area, under Madhya Ratri Nagar in the district on August 23, 2006.
