Ten killed in road accidents
Mahaboobnagar, Apr 30 (UNI) Ten people were killed and nearly 38 injured in two road accidents in the district today.
According to police, five people were killed and 30 injured when a private bus, carrying about 44 passengers, collided with a lorry at Ommireddipalli village in Addakula mandal in the district.
The injured were admitted to a local hospital.
In another accident, two women and three children were killed and eight injured when a tractor carrying the marriage party, turned turtle while negotiating a curve and fell into a canal.
The injured were admitted to a local hospital, police said.
