Patil criticises Rane on leadership issue
Nashik, Apr 30 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil today criticised Revenue Minister Narayan Rane for the latter's statements regarding stability of the government and change of leadership in the state.
''The government is stable. Those who are finding 'mahurats' for changing the Chief Minister should find a new 'bhatji' (priest),'' Mr Patil said, without naming Mr Rane.
The Deputy Chief Minister was speaking on the occasion of inauguration of Punand project in Kalwan taluka of the district.
State PWD Minister Chaggan Bhujbal also criticised Mr Rane.
''Rane has a speciality, when he was in the Opposition, he was worried whether the government will survive or not. Now that he is in the government, he still thinks about the same thing,'' Mr Bhujbal said.
