Drunk driver rams 9; kills 1 in MP

Khandwa, Apr 30 (UNI) Nine people were rammed and a 14-year-old boy crushed by a drunk driver of a transport vehicle here today, police said.

The injured were admitted to the district hospital here and all of them were stated to be out of danger.

Nayan Singh first crushed Rohit and then raced the vehicle along a stretch of about one-and-a-half km during which he rammed nine people. A few youths mustered courage, brought the vehicle under control and handed Singh to the police.
