DLF Q4FY08 net rises to Rs 638.55 cr

New Delhi, Apr 30 (UNI) Country's leading real estate developer DLF Ltd today said its net profit stood at Rs 638.55 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2008, while the revenue rose Rs 1,756.52 crore for the same period.

Its net profit increased to a whopping 536.57 per cent at Rs 2,590.28 crore for the year ended March 2008, as compared to Rs 406.91 crore for the year ended March 2007.

Total income also increased to an impressive 323.81 per cent to Rs 6,058.48 crore for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 1,429.50 crore for the year ended March 2007.

The consolidated results of the group has posted a net profit of Rs 2,176.82 crore for the quarter ended March 2008, while the total revenue stood at Rs 4372.36 crore in the same period.

The consolidated results of the group increased 306.26 per cent to Rs 7,855.80 crore for the year ended March 2008, as compared to Rs 1,933.65 crore for the year ended March 2007.

The total income has increased 257.58 per cent to Rs 14,493.83 crore for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 4,053.30 crore for the year ended March 2007.
