Pakistani militant commander killed in Doda
Jammu, Apr 29 (UNI) A Pakistani militant commander of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) was today gunned down by security forces in the mountainous district of Doda in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and state police attacked a group of militants at Kither area in Doda and killed LeT 'District Commander' Abu Hamza, the sources added.
A police constable, Kiker Singh, was also killed in the encounter.
One AK 56 rifle and a magazine were recovered from the spot, sources said, adding the operation was still on.
