Student drowns in Chathe river
Kohima, Apr 28 (UNI) A student of Class X drowned in the Chathe river at Chumukedima in Dimapur district.
Police said here today that Lanpong Chang (17), of Hakchang village under Tuensang district, was bathing in the river along with his friends yesterday when the mishap occured.
The body was later recovered and handed over to his relatives, police added.
