Prof case: Bail plea quashed

Indore, Apr 28 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench today quashed a bail plea of two of those accused in the murder of Ujjain's Prof Harbhajan Singh Sabharwal.

The Sessions Court, Nagpur, would conduct further hearings as per a Supreme Court directive. The accused are incarcerated at Ujjain.

Sudheer Yadav and Pankaj had submitted the plea that was rejected by Justice Kochar on the ground that the case was in the Nagpur court's jurisdiction. The case was earlier being heard at Ujjain.
