Lanco possess 30 pc shareholding in Sasan power project

Hyderabad, Apr 28 (UNI) Lanco Infratech Limited today said the company possesses 30 per cent shareholding in Sasan Ultra Mega Power project while Globeleq possesses 70 per cent shareholding and that its submission of information towards the RFQ was with total clarity.

Referring to media reports relating to alleged inconsistencies in Lanco-Globeleq Consortium's bidding for the project, Lanco Corporate Affairs Director V Sreenivas said, ''in fact, it was much more detailed than required by the RFQ format.'' ''Till date, no issue whatsoever has been raised on the quality of information submitted by Lanco. In our opinion, all information provided by Globeleq is also in line with the RFQ and we don't see any reason in terming it as a misrepresentation,'' he added in a statement here.
