Bangalore, Apr 28(UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places over the State.
Chief amounts of rainfall(cm): Chamarajnagara 3, Dharmasthala, Gundlupet, Kollegal 1 each.
Maximum Temperatures rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka, however fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and were remained normal over Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 41.2 Degree Celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over all the districts of South Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over all districts of Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Outlook for subsequent two days: Increase in rainfall is expected over the State.
Local forecast: Generally cloudy. Rain/thundershowers likely.
Maximum temperature likely to be around 32 Degree Celsius.
