Govt releases financial assistance to Adi Dravidars
Puducherry, Apr 28(UNI) Puducherry Social Welfare Minister M Kandasamy today released financial assistance to the tune of Rs 2.49 crore to Adi Dravidars through Adi Dravidar Development Department.
This included the first instalment of Rs.40,000 each to 518 people for construction of their houses, marriage assistance of Rs 15,000 each to 110 Adi Dravidar girls and financial assistance of Rs 50,000 each to 51 inter-caste married couples.
